Fixing up the kitchen at the Newman House, replacing the old gas oven, paint and new lights for the ceiling, and some new counter stools to sit on, along with painting some of the rooms!
The water heater at the Newman Center is on its last legs...it's been around almost 25 years. That will get replaced this summer. The mechanic who fixed it, when it went out for 3 days this winter, said he thought the only reason it was still working was because it's in a church!
And, Father even got the ladder out and cleaned out the gutters after noticing they were overflowing!
